Bangladesh and Afghanistan will be up against each other in the second and final T20I at Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. Bangladesh won the first T20I by 61 runs.
After finishing the ODI series as the leading run-getter, Liton Das shone in the first T20I as well, with a 44-ball 60. Das came to bat at N0. 3, but is likely to open the innings alongside Munim Shahriar. Mohammad Naim will have to make way for Mushfiqur Rahim, who missed the last game due to a niggle.
Mustafizur Rahman and Shoriful Islam will lead the fast-bowling attack along with the spinners, Mahedi Hasan, Nasum Ahmed, and Shakib Al Hasan, take over. Nasum claimed four wickets in his opening spell to reduce Afghanistan to 20/4.
Afghanistan, on the other hand, need their batters to click in unison. Only Najibullah Zadran (27) scored more than 20 in the opening T20I. Hazratullah Zazai and Rahmanullah Gurbaz need to provide them with a better start. Darwish Rasooli and Karim Janat are likely to retain their places in the squad, but they may bring in an extra batter for Qais Ahmed.
