Melbourne Renegades will be desperate to end their three-match losing streak when they take on Sydney Sixers at the Carrara Oval in Queensland on Tuesday. The Renegades are winless after starting the season with a seven-wicket win against Perth Scorchers. The main cause of their misery since then has been the failure of their batting unit. They have failed to put on big scores in all of their last three matches.
In fact, this is going to be the second time they are going to face Sydney Sixers in this season. It had turned out to be a disastrous defeat for the Renegades in the reverse fixture as they had lost the match by 145 runs. The Sixers, on the other hand, have been in good run of form. They have won three out of their four matches thus far and are placed at the second spot in the points table.
Team News
None of the two sides have reported any major injury concern. Both are expected to go with the same XI from the last match.

Key Players
Sydney Sixers
Daniel Christian: The all-rounder has been very impressive with his performance so far. He has not only picked up four wickets in this season but has a match-winning fifty to his name as well.
Daniel Hughes: The Sixers captain played a magnificent knock of 96 in the last match against the Stars to lead his team to victory. He has been a vital cog of their middle-order and will be expected to do well in this match once again.
Melbourne Renegades
Kane Richardson: The pacer has seven wickets to his name in the four matches thus far. Richardson has not only been good with the new ball but has been lethal in the death overs as well.
Mohammad Nabi: He has had a pretty subdued outing in the last two matches but his best is yet to come. Nabi is pretty much unstoppable when he gets going.
