In the fifth and final T20I of the series, Indian spinners claimed all ten wickets as India crushed the West Indies to win the series 4-1. India chose to bat and finished with a score of 188 for 7, with Shreyas Iyer leading the way with a 40-ball 64. 38 was Deepak Hooda's score. With stats of 3/33, Odean Smith was the West Indies team's preferred bowler. West Indies were all out for 100 runs in 15.4 overs while chasing 189 to win. With 56 points, Shimron Hetmyer led the West Indies but none of his teammates helped him. Shamarh Brooks, the next-best hitter, managed to make 13. Four wickets were taken by Ravi Bishnoi, three each by Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav.

West Indies were dismissed for 100 runs, with four wickets taken by Ravi Bishnoi, three each by Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav, giving India a commanding 88-run victory.

It was the first time in a men's T20I innings when all 10 wickets were taken by spinners. The most recent incident was in Austria's T20I match against Hungary in June 2022. There have been seven other occasions where spinners have taken nine wickets or more in a men's T20I innings. Additionally, it happened when Afghanistan's spinners defeated Scotland by taking nine wickets in the T20 World Cup the previous year.

However, this has previously occurred in women's T20Is, with Thailand's spinners getting all 10 Malaysian wickets in Bangkok in 2019. Thailand defeated Malaysia by 87 runs after bowling them out for just 27 runs.

India scored early while defending 188 in the second innings. Jason Holder, who was selected to start the batting order, was removed by Axar Patel for a duck. After that, he took two more wickets in the fifth over, bringing his total for the powerplay to 3-1-15-3.

Rovman Powell and Keemo Paul were removed by Kuldeep Yadav after he sent back Nicholas Pooran and Ravi Bishnoi struck twice in a single over. Later in the game, he added two more, giving him career-best stats of 4/16.

With the victory, India finished the USA leg of the T20I series with a 4-1 series sweep.

India defeated West Indies by 88 runs with a total of 188 for 7 (Iyer 64, Hooda 38, Smith 3-33), surpassing their score of 100 (Hetmyer 56, Bishnoi 4-16, Kuldeep 3-12, Axar 3-15).
