Sundar ruled out of West Indies T20Is
Washington Sundar will miss the upcoming T20I series against West Indies due to a Grade 1 hamstring injury. He did not travel with the Indian squad to Kolkata, where all matches of the series will be held. Sundar will report to the NCA in Bengaluru, on 15 February. He has been replaced by Kuldeep Yadav.

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) named a 15-member squad for the upcoming ODI series against Afghanistan. Tamim Iqbal and Nazmul Hossain are back, but there was no place for Mohammad Saifuddin, Mohammad Naim, Nurul Hasan, or Mosaddek Hossain. Ebadot Hossain, Mahmudul Hasan Joy, Yasir Ali, Nasum Ahmed earned maiden ODI call-ups.

Afghanistan announced their squads for the ODI and T20I series against Bangladesh. Mohammad Nabi returned to the ODI squad, and also lead the side in T20Is. Hashmatullah Shahidi will lead them in ODIs, with Rahmat Shah as his deputy.

Fortune Barishal reach BPL final
Fortune Barishal became the first finalist of the Bangladesh Premier League after defeating Comilla Victorians by 10 runs. They scored 143/8 before restricting the Victorians to 133/7.
Munim Shahriar top-scored with 44, and Chris Gayle scored 22, to take the Barishal to a decent total. Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Shafiqul Islam, and Mehedi Hasan Rana then claimed two wickets each to restrict the Victorians 10 short of the target.
