Australia beat Sri Lanka by six wickets

Australia chased 140 in 18.1 overs to go 4-0 up in the five-match T20I series against Sri Lanka. Josh Inglis scored 40 off 20, while Glenn Maxwell remained unbeaten on 48. Opening batting, Ashton Agar made 26 off 31, and Lahiru Kumara took two wickets.

Earlier, Pathum Nissanka top-scored with 46 to help Sri Lanka reach 139/8. The Richardsons, Jhye and Kane, took a couple of wickets each.

Helmot replaces Katich as Sunrisers Hyderabad assistant coach

Sunrisers Hyderabad have roped in Simon Helmet as their new assistant coach for the Indian Premier League 2022. Helmet will replace Simon Katich, who has resigned from this post with immediate effect. 

'Katich would have been needed for two and half to three months here, including for the pre-IPL camps and he felt it was too long to be inside a controlled bio-bubble. He has also mentioned about family issues and we have agreed to release him,' a source told Cricbuzz.

Comilla Victorians win Bangladesh Premier League 2022

Comilla Victorians won the Bangladesh Premier League title for the third time. They beat Fortune Barishal by 1 run in the final. Chasing 152, Barishal only manage 150/8 as Shohidul Islam defended 10 runs in the final over.

For the Victorians, Sunil Narine scored 57 in 23 balls before taking two wickets. For Barishal, Shykat Ali top-scored with 58.

India beat West Indies, win series

India took an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series after beating West Indies by 8 runs at Eden Gardens. They set a target of 187 and restricted the West Indies to 178/3. Virat Kohli and Rishabh Pant scored 52 each, while Venkatesh Iyer made 33 in 18 balls as Roston Chase claimed three wickets.

Rovman Powell (68*) and Nicholas Pooran (62) then added 100 for the third wicket to keep the game alive, but Harshal Patel and Bhuvneshwar Kumar bowled well in the last three overs to keep the West Indies at bay.
