DC beat MI by four wickets

Shreyas Iyer and R. Ashwin stitched an unbroken 39-run stand for the seventh wicket to help Delhi Capitals beat Mumbai Indians by four wickets in Match 46 of the IPL 2021 at Sharjah. Chasing 130, Delhi were left reeling on 30/3, then 93/6, before Iyer and Ashwin came to the rescue and win the contest in the final over.

Earlier, Mumbai struggled to reach 129/8, with Suryakumar Yadav top-scoring with 33. Avesh Khan returned 3-15 and Axar Patel 3-21.

Day-Night Test: Australia reach 143/4, still 234 runs behind

The Day-Night Women's Test between Australia and India is likely to end a draw. India declared on 377/8 in the first innings on Day 3. It was the highest total by a touring team in Women’s Tests on Australian soil, thanks to Smriti Mandhana's 127 and Deepti Sharma's 66.

Australia were 143/4 at stumps, with Ellyse Perry and Ashleigh Gardner at the crease. They are still 234 runs behind. Jhulan Goswami returned 2-27 and Pooja Vastrakar 2-31.

RR shock CSK, win by 7 wickets

Yashasvi Jaiswal’s 21-ball 50 and Shivam Dube’s 42-ball 64 not out steered Rajasthan Royals to a seven-wicket win against Chennai Super Kings in match 47 of IPL 2021 at Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium, Abu Dhabi. Riding on their knocks, Rajasthan completed a 190-run chase with 15 balls to spare. They now have 10 points from 12 matches, leapfrogging Mumbai Indians to move to sixth place in the points table.

But before that, Ruturaj Gaikwad struck nine fours and five sixes in his unbeaten 60-ball 101. He was ably assisted by Ravindra Jadeja (32* in 15 balls) to take Chennai to 189/4, but it was still not enough.
