Australia win Women's ODI series
Riding on Beth Mooney's 125 not out, Australia Women chased down 275 against India Women at Harrup Park, Mackay. With that, they have also taken an unassailable 2-0 win in the series.
Chasing 275 to extend their 25-match ODI winning streak, Australia promoted Mooney to open the innings in place of an injured Rachael Haynes. She did not disappoint, stitching useful partnerships with Tahlia McGrath (74) and Nicola Carey (39*) to recover Australia from 52/4, and guiding them to take an unbeatable 2-0 lead in the three-match series.
Earlier, Smriti Mandhana’s 86 and Richa Ghosh’s 44 helped India post 274/7 after they were asked to bat.

Khawaja criticises England, New Zealand withdrawals from Pakistan tours
Usman Khawaja criticised England and New Zealand for withdrawing their tours to Pakistan. Khawaja added that he believed that such decisions would not have been taken if they had tours in India: ‘I feel it's very easy for players and organisations to say no to Pakistan, because it's Pakistan. I think the same thing would apply too if it were Bangladesh. But nobody would say no to India, if they're in the same situation. Money talks, we all know that, and that's probably a big part of it.’
