Collingwood likely to be named interim England head coach: Report
As per Daily Mail, Paul Collingwood is likely to be appointed interim England head coach for their upcoming three-match Test series against West Indies, starting 8 March at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, North Sound.
‘Collingwood's upgrade from an assistant coach would avoid a complete overhaul of the current coaching staff and allow interim managing director Andrew Strauss some breathing space to focus on identifying personnel and refining the set-up for the home international season,’ the report read.
Collingwood did not return to England after their 2-3 T20I series defeat in the West Indies. He is vacationing in Barbados with his three daughters.
