The Spirit beat the Tornadoes by 75 runs in Match 13 of the Fairbreak Invitational Tournament 2022. Sophie Ecclestone claimed 5-8 to bowl out the Tornadoes for 81 in 16.1 overs. Only three Tornadoes batters could reach double digits. Of them, Sune Luus got 31 alone. Other than Ecclestone, Shizuka Miyaji and Sophia Dunkley claimed two wickets apiece.
Earlier, Nicola Carey remained unbeaten on 53 and Sarah Bryce made 39 as the Spirit posted 156/4.

Sapphires defeated Falcons by 30 runs in Match 12 of Fairbreak Invitational Tournament. Falcons could only manage 122/7 while chasing 153. Elyse Villani gave the Sapphires a solid start with a 54-ball 71, while Babette de Leede made 45 and effected five stumpings. Sana Mir took 4-15 to disrupt the chase for the Falcons.
