Orange Cap

Ruturaj Gaikwad smashed a terrific century against Rajasthan Royals, albeit in a losing cause. He hit a six off the last ball to reach an unbeaten 101, and become the first man to hit the 500-run mark this season. He holds the Orange Cap, with 509 runs at 12 matches.  He is followed by K.L. Rahul, who has now 489 runs in 11 matches.

Sanju Samson scored 28 in 24 balls, and he has now 480 runs in 12 matches. He is at third place. Faf du Plessis got out at 25, and with 460 runs, he is at fifth.

Purple Cap

While second on the wickets chart, he is still five wickets behind Purple Cap holder Harshal Patel. Mumbai Indians' Jasprit Bumrah is third, with 17 wickets.
