Despite the defeat, Bangalore remained at the third place, with 10 points. Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals, with eight points each, occupy the next two places. They are followed by Mumbai Indians and Punjab Kings, while Sunrisers Hyderabad still languish on the bottom, with just one win in eight games.
