Delhi Capitals (DC) will take on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on April 27, in Match 21 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021, at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Virat Kohli & co. have slipped to third in the points table following their 69-run defeat to Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the recent outing. Delhi, however, are just over them due to a higher net-run rate (NRR), with four wins in five matches.

Team News

RCB had at least seven bonafide bowling options in each of the five opening matches in IPL 2021. They are likely to continue the same formula. However, their only concerned area is a No. 3. To counter that, the Red and Gold Army may give Finn Allen his maiden IPL cap in the DC game.

Delhi have to make a forced change after R Ashwin’s decision of taking break from the IPL. It might bring Lalit Yadav back in the line-up. The latter was having a significant season before making his out of the Playing XI for Axar Patel in the last game.

Fantasy tips

  • Rishabh Pant, Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli, Devdutt Padikkal and AB de Villiers can produce good value with the bat.
  • You’ve to include Axar Patel in the Fantasy XI at Ahmedabad. Remember, what he did against England a few months ago at this venue?
  • Avesh Khan, Mohammed Siraj and Amit Mishra can be handy with the ball.
