Delhi Capitals (DC) thrashed Punjab Kings (PBKS) by seven wickets to climb to the top of the points table in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021. On the other hand, Punjab Kings, led by Mayank Agarwal in KL Rahul’s absence, slipped down to the sixth place.

While wickets kept falling from the other end, Mayank held his nerves and took his team to a challenging total. He fell just a run shy of reaching the three-figure mark.
What a knock @mayankcricket , unfortunate not to get to triple figures but a knock that was fabulous! Felt @PunjabKingsIPL were short by 10 but they can certainly make it up with some disciplined bowling! Looks like an interesting chase for @DelhiCapitals ! #PBKSvsDC

Harpreet Brar struck on the very first ball as he hit the ominous-looking Shaw through the gate.
