Rana hailed Rinku at the post-match presentation and said, "That's the respect he has earned this season."
Rinku's sensational finish with a four off the last ball clinched a thriller for KKR against Punjab Kings, chasing 180, as they won their fifth match of the season. Andre Russell (42 off 23) and Rinku provided the final flourish to secure a much-needed victory for KKR.
Rana applauded Russell's knock, and after their collective batting effort, they climbed to fifth in the 10-team standings, keeping their playoff hopes alive.
