The full schedule and locations for the forthcoming second edition of the Legends League Cricket event were released by the tournament's organisers on Tuesday. Starting on September 16, the competition will take place in six locations, of which five are Kolkata, New Delhi, Cuttack, Lucknow, and Jodhpur.
The location of the playoffs will be revealed later. Indian Maharajas and World Giants will play a unique game at Eden Gardens in Kolkata to celebrate India's 75th anniversary of independence. With the exception of Jodhpur and Lucknow, where two matches are scheduled, each of the grounds will host three matches.
Co-Founder and CEO of Legends League Cricket Raman Raheja stated, "For our supporters and spectators, the wait is ended. With the release of the schedule, they can make preparations for the games. Along with the dates for online ticket sales, we will soon announce our ticketing partner. Fans will undoubtedly see impressive on-field performances this year because to the lineup of legendary players from the 10 participating countries in the new format."
"Pakistani players won't be joining us for the forthcoming season. More international players will soon be included in the Draft. Additionally, all of our Legends would play the entire season with us without missing any games due to commitments to another League, "Added he.
