Group A
Sri Lanka demolished the Netherlands to make three wins out of three matches in the Men's T20 World Cup 2021. They topped Group A, and joined West Indies, Australia, England, South Africa and Bangladesh in Group 1 of the Super 12s. Namibia, who finished second after thrashing Ireland by eight wickets in the earlier fixture on 22 October, are in Group 2, with India, Pakistan, New Zealand, Afghanistan and Scotland.
Ireland and the Netherlands ended at the bottom two places.

The top two teams of Group B were already decided on 21 October. Scotland and Bangladesh made the cut, while Oman and Papua New Guinea were knocked out of the tournament after disappointing results.
