Northern (Pakistan) vs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Northern (Pakistan) 156/8 in 20 overs (Zeeshan 29; Arshad 3-35) lost to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 161/5 in 19.1 overs (Farhan 53; Nauman 1-17) by 5 wickets with 5 balls to spare.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa booked a slot in the final of the National T20 Cup with a five-wicket over Northern. They chased down 157 in 19.1 overs, thanks to a half-century from Sahibzada Farhan.

Northern got off a decent start but the middle order could not capitalise. The openers added 48 in the Powerplay before Nasir Nawaz (27) got out. Umar Amin made 22 in 18 balls and Zeeshan Malik got run out on 29. A late surge from Sohail Tanvir (19) and Aamer Jamal (19) drove them to 156/8 in 20 overs.

Musadiq Ahmed (7 off 15) struggled to get going, but his sluggish approach was compensated by a fluent knock from Farhan (53), as the first wicket fell on 58. Iftikhar Ahmed then slammed 45 off just 17 deliveries to propel Khyber Pakhtunkhwa past the target.

Sindh vs Central Punjab

Sindh 141/8 in 20 overs (Manzoor 34; Qasim 3-15) lost to Central Punjab 145/3 in 17.5 overs (Kamran 51; Sohail 1-24) by 7 wickets with 13 balls to spare.

Kamran Akmal's 51, along with 46-ball 49 from Ahmed Shehzad, helped Central Punjab mow down 142 set by Sindh in 17.5 overs. They will now face Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the final.

Sindh started well but lost quick wickets after the Powerplay. Qasim Akram (3-15) broke the opening stand of 50, between Khurram Manzoor (34) and Sharjeel Khan (32). The rest of the batters could not do much as they ended up with a below-par 141/8.

Central Punjab hardly broke into a stride as an 88-run partnership between Akmal and Shehzad ensured a comfortable victory. Akmal made 51 off 36 before Akram finished the game with two fours.
