Summer T20 Bash, Papua New Guinea vs Scotland: Preview, fantasy tips, probable XIs Image

Papua New Guinea will face Scotland in the Summer T20 Bash at ICC Academy Ground in Dubai, on Friday, 7 October.

The two teams will also meet in the qualifying round of the T20 World Cup. PNG has not won a single match in 12 attempts in ICC Cricket World Cup Super League 2. Barring captain Assad Vala, none of the batters has stood up to the occasion. Vala bats at No. 3, after Kiplin Doriga and Lega Siaka. Of the others, Norman Vanua has scored 57 off 52 balls in the last ODI.

Scotland, on the other hand, are a well-balanced team. They will be boosted by the presence of Bradley Wheal and Josh Davey. Matthew Cross and Kyle Coetzer is likely to open the innings, followed by a robust middle-order of Richie Berrington, Calum MacLeod and George Munsey.
