Abhishek Raut’s 74 not out went in vain, as Odisha suffered a 60-run defeat against Punjab. Maharashtra thrashed Puducherry by 117 runs. They piled 193/3 and bowled out Puducherry for 76 in 13.5 overs.
In Group B matches, Bengal restricted Services to 90/8 and reached the target in 10.5 overs. Mumbai fell one run short against Chhattisgarh after coming to chase 158. Karnataka rode on Devdutt Padikkal’s 56 and Karun Nair’s unbeaten 36 to beat Baroda by seven wickets.
