Himachal Pradesh finished second with a 30-run win over Andhra Pradesh, while Jharkhand defeated Jammu & Kashmir by five wickets.
In Group D, Kerala rode on half-centuries from Sachin Baby (51) and Sanju Samson (56) to chase 172 in 18 overs against Madhya Pradesh. Kerala, however, failed to qualify for the next round. Railways beat Assam by 48 runs, while Gujarat beat Bihar by five wickets.
