Toyam Sports Limited (TSL), located in Dubai, was named the title sponsor on Saturday for the Indian cricket team's trip of Bangladesh, which will begin on December 4 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka. There will be two Test matches and three ODIs during the tour.
"Given how well-liked cricket is in Bangladesh, I have no doubt that Toyam Sports Limited (TSL), which has signed on as the series' title sponsor, will be successful in achieving their objectives. I hope the best for them, "said Nazmul Hassan, president of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).
India will tour Bangladesh for the first time since 2015, and Rohit Sharma will serve as both the ODI and Test captain. ODIs and Test matches will include KL Rahul and Virat Kohli, while the team will also have Cheteshwar Pujara and Umesh Yadav for the Test series beginning on December 14.
"We at Toyam Sports Limited (TSL) are overjoyed to serve as the ODI series' title sponsor for the matchup between Bangladesh and India. Although we have previously participated in international cricket competitions, this ODI series is the company's proudest and happiest moment to date."
Mohamedali Budhwani, CMD of Toyam Sports Ltd., said, "Toyam Sports Limited, one of the fastest growing and BSE-listed sports companies, is always devoted to supporting cricket in its growth and development, and we are very glad to have this chance (TSL).
It's interesting to note that Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli will play together in a Test match for the first time in Bangladesh, as this tour also serves as India's final bilateral international engagement of 2022.
"It gives me great pleasure to welcome Toyam Sports Limited (TSL) as the series' title sponsor for India vs. Bangladesh. I am confident that this series will enable the company to expand to a new market and gain recognition on a global scale."
According to Sangeet Shirodkar, CEO and Co-Founder of 27th Sports, "We look forward to partnering with them in many more projects in the future in keeping with Toyam's global view and our attempt to put on a world-class event."

On December 10, the third One-Day International (ODI), which was originally slated for Dhaka, will now take place at Chattogram's Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium (ZACS).
The two Tests between both teams come under the ICC World Test Championship cycle.
