Defending champions Mumbai are placed in Elite Group B with Vidarbha, Baroda, Bengal, Puducherry, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu. Thiruvananthapuram, Chandigarh, Rajkot, Mumbai, Guwahati, Ranchi and Jaipur will host all the matches of this edition.
