A disciplined bowling performance from Glamorgan restricted Middlesex to 129/9 after Colin Ingram’s 75 propelled them to 150 in the first innings.
Ingram scored exactly half his team’s total on his own. Only two others could touch the double digits. Steven Finn claimed four wickets and Blake Cullen three.
In reply, Middlesex lost two wickets inside four overs before Paul Stirling and Eoin Morgan added 61 for the fourth wicket. Stirling struck three fours and as many sixes in his 36-ball 46. His dismissal opened the floodgates, as the rest of the batters could not put up a fight.

Luis Reece and Leus du Plooy struck half-centuries but in vain. With 21 needed off the last over, du Plooy hit two fours and a six on the last ball but they still fell two runs short of the target.
