Leicestershire vs Northamptonshire, Grace Road
Leicestershire 138 in 19.5 overs (Steel 44; Heldreich 2-17) lost to Northamptonshire 141/5 in 18.2 overs (Keogh 34*; Steel 2-17) by 5 wickets with 10 balls to spare.
Northamptonshire restricted Leicestershire to 138 and chased down the total in 18.2 overs to win by five wickets.
Josh Cobb first struck twice in the third over to reduce Leicestershire to 25/3. Scott Steel (44 in 56 balls) held the innings from one end, but none barring Harry Swindells could provide assistance. Swindells struck three sixes in his 16-ball 32.
Ricardo Vasconcelos provided Northants with a brisk start. Cobb contributed with bat as well, making 28 off 19 balls. Rob Keogh remained unbeaten on 34 to see his team across the target.
Essex vs Somerset, Chelmsford
Somerset 153 in 20 overs (Conway 53; Harmer 4-28) lost to Essex 151/4 in 18.1 overs Kyle-Pepper 55*; Overton 1-14) by 6 wickets with 5 balls to spare (DLS method).
In what was a rain-marred clash, Essex trumped over Somerset by six wickets via DLS method. Somerset rode on a half-century from Devon Conway and an 18-ball 27 from Lewis Goldsworthy to post 153. Captain Simon Harmer claimed four wickets and Jack Plom three.
For Essex, Adam Wheater fell one short of his fifty, while Michael Kyle-Pepper struck a half-century to keep the side ahead before the match was called off.
Sussex vs Kent, Hove
Match abandoned due to persistent rain.
Glamorgan vs Surrey, Cardiff
Glamorgan 153/6 in 20 overs (Billy Root 41*; Atkinson 2-46) beat Surrey 152/9 in 20 overs (Pope 60; Sisodiya 2-22) by 1 run.
Surrey fell agonisingly short of a win that would have sent them at the top of the points table. Needing 13 runs off the last over, Kyle Jamieson hit a six on the second ball. It eventually came down to 2 off the last ball, but Jamieson got run out, and Surey ended up losing by one run.
Before Jamieson, Ollie Pope made 60 in 45 balls to keep Surrey in the hunt. Prem Sisodiya and Timm van der Gugten picked two wickets apiece.
Earlier, Glamorgan were lifted by David Lloyd and Billy Root after frequent wickets hampered their innings. They made 41 each.
