West Indies and England will be up against each other in the second T20I of the five-match series, in Bridgetown on 23 January. West Indies currently lead the series after winning the first ODI by nine wickets.
The Kensington Oval surface offered steep bounce and significant movement that Jason Holder and Sheldon Cottrell exploited with perfection in their opening spells.
Cottrell dismissed Jason Roy in the first over, while Holder got rid of Tom Banton and James Vince with successive balls. Once the ball stopped doing much in the air or off the seam, Holder pulled back his length to capitalise on the variable bounce.
England were reduced to 29/5 before twenties from Adil Rashid and Chris Jordan propelled them to 103. Holder (4-7) finished with his career-best T20I figures, while Cottrell picked two wickets.
The pitch is likely to remain the same, and thus both sides would look to bowl first. Chasing anything in excess of 160 is likely to be tricky. Saqib Mahmood, who was brilliant in his opening spell, and Jordan hold the key for England.
West Indies hardly broke into a sweat and completed the chase in 17.1 overs. Brandon King top-scored with 52, while Nicholas Pooran remained unbeaten on 27. They are likely to go unchanged, with Darren Bravo the only one whose place may be in threat.
