Perth Scorchers beat Sydney Sixers by eight wickets to seal a place in the final of the Women's Big Bash League 2021/22. Chloe Piparo remained unbeaten on 50 and Heather Graham got a 24-ball 34 as the Scorchers chased down 129 in 17.1 overs. The Sixers finished at the bottom of the points table.
Adelaide Strikers, meanwhile, suffered a nine-wicket defeat against Melbourne Stars. However, they still finished fourth, and will take on third-placed Brisbane Heat in the Eliminator. The winner of the match will face second-placed Melbourne Renegades in the Challenger.
